Buying a first home is incredibly stressful, and for myself withiut a financial background securing a mortgage is the most confusing part. Stefan Li was able to boil down all the rates and acronyms into logical information we needed to make the right decision. Stefan and his amazing team; Alice Le & Antony Simpson went out of their way to make sure we got the best and lowest rate possible. My broker  Yamini from 8t mortgage did the impossible and helped me get a mortgage. Even while living outside of Ontario and up against many road blocks.
